Stable Amounts Tab (Add Unearned Income)

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Stable Amounts window tab is enabled only when the source of unearned income on the Detail tab window is considered a stable source, and all other mandatory information is completed.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Amount: Enter the amount of the unearned income received in the frequency selected on the Details tab.

Adjustment Amount: Enter the amount of any adjustments to the unearned income.

Adjustment Reason: This field must be completed if an adjustment amount is entered. Select the appropriate adjustment reason from the drop down list. The adjustment reason is used by the budgeting rules to determine if the adjustment amount should be deducted.

Begin Date: Enter the date (MM/DD/YYYY) the unearned income amount begins. The Begin date cannot be more than two months in the future. For some types of stable income the system updates the begin date to the first day of the month.

End Date: Enter the date (MM/DD/YYYY) the unearned income amount ends. The date cannot be prior to the begin date and cannot be more than two months in the future. For some types of stable income the system updates the end date to the last day of the month. If an End Date is entered during the Add function the income source is automatically closed and moved to the Unearned Income - History tab.

Verified By: Select the method used to verify the unearned income from the drop down list. Type the first letter of the source to bring up the alphabetical section of the list.
