The Unearned Income - History window lists;

To change the information, highlight the row to be changed and use the Action buttons.

Unearned Income - Overview

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

LAST NAME: This field displays the last name of the person who receives the income.

FIRST NAME: This field displays the first name of the person who receives the income.

DOB/EDD: This field displays the person’s date of birth.

AGE: This field displays the person’s current age.

NUMBER: This field displays the person’s unique system generated Agency Related Person number.


Type: This field displays the source of the unearned income (Social Security, Railroad Retirement, VA pension, etc).

Amount: This field displays the amount of the unearned income.

Adj Amt: This field display the amount of the adjustment to the unearned income amount.

Frq: This field displays the frequency of the unearned income.

Rcvd Date: This field displays the date a source of fluctuating income is received.

Begin Date: This field displays the date a source of stable income begins.

Close Date: This field displays the date the source of income ends.

Claim Number: This field displays the claim number associated with the source of the unearned income. It is mandatory only for Social Security income.

ACTION BUTTONS:

Update The Update button is enabled when a row of unearned income is highlighted. Select the Update button to open the Update Unearned Income window.
The Reopen button is enabled when a closed row of unearned income is highlighted. Select the Reopen button to open the Reopen Unearned Income window.
Close The Close button is enabled when a row of unearned income which does not already have a close date is highlighted. Select the Close button to open the Close Unearned Income popup window.
Delete The Delete button is enabled when a row of unearned income is highlighted. Select the Delete button to open the Delete Unearned Income popup window.
Help The Help button displays the help information for the active data collection task.
