Update Unearned Income

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Update Unearned income windows are used to change the information about an unearned income such as adding a new amount or deleting an amount. To open the windows, highlight the row of information to be changed on the Unearned Income - Current or the Unearned Income - History tabs and select the Update button. There are 3 tabs at the top of the window. Each opens a separate window to change the unearned income information.

The Details tab displays the general information about the source and owner of the unearned income. This tab is display only when opened from the Unearned Income - Current tab. If an unearned income has been entered with an incorrect frequency or claim number it must be closed or deleted and a new instance entered. On an Update from the Unearned Income - History tab, the Close date may be changed for error correction.

The Stable Amounts tab is enabled when the row of income selected on the Unearned Income - Current or the Unearned Income - History window is stable.

The Fluctuating Amounts tab is enabled when the row of income selected on the Unearned Income - Current or the Unearned Income - History window is not stable.

How Do I:

Update Unearned Income

ACTION BUTTONS:

OK The OK button will be enabled when changes have been entered on the Detail tab and the Stable or Fluctuating income tab. Select this button to save the information and return to the Unearned Income - Current or the Unearned Income - History window.
Help The Help button displays the help information for the active data collection task.
