Request List
WINDOW OVERVIEW:
The Request List is to view a list of the certificate requests on the N-FOCUS system.
When Vital Records is opened from the Interface icon
on the Main Menu and no case person is selected,
you have to perform a search through the Search Requests window prior to seeing the request list.
When Vital Records is opened from the Interface icon on the Person Detail window or a case person is selected within the Interface Icon prior to opening Vital Records, the request list is available under the Requests tab.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:
When there are no requests that meet the criteria
the message reads:
No Request Found
When there is a match, the List Box displays:
Event Date:This column displays the date of the requested certificate.
Name:This column displays the first and last name of the person. Click on the person name to view the Request Details tab.
Request Type:This column displays the type of verification requested or found.
Status:This column displays the status of the request.
Certificate Type:This column displays the type of certificate request or found.
Request Date:This column displays the date the verification or certificate was requested.
Requester/User ID:This column displays the person who submitted the request.
State:This column displays the state the requested certificate took place in.
ACTION BUTTONS:

The New Search button is only available when the Search Requests window is used to search requests. |
