The Medicare Coverage List window opens from the "Go To" drop down "Medicare Inquiry" option on the Person Detail window. It is used to view the person's eligibility for Medicare Parts A and B.

Claim Number: This column displays the Medicare Claim number for the program case person.
Type: This column displays the type of Medicare Coverage. Type A is Hospital coverage and type B is Medical coverage.
Begin: This column displays the date the coverage began. This may be a future date.
End: This column displays the date coverage ended. This may be a future date.

The Force Buy-In button is available for Central Office staff only. It is used to manually accrete a case to Buy-In. When you have a case that needs the Buy-In forced, call Production Support (Phone number local 471-9698 statewide 888-281-6629). |
