The New Hire Wage Match displays information on people who are recently employed. An alert (#244) is sent to the assigned worker when one of these persons match a name or SSN that is on the N-FOCUS system. The households that will receive the alert will include AABD, ADC, CC, FSP and Medicaid cases which have a Participant or Financially Responsible person who is in active, spenddown, or pending status. CFS, JC, and IL cases will receive the alert for active status cases.
The interface obtains the information from the Federal Parent Locator Service (FPLS), the National Directory of New Hire (NDNH) and the State Directory of New Hire (SDNH). Nebraska will receive matches from employers whose corporate headquarters are located outside of the state and out of state businesses only if there is a CSE case open on CHARTS.
New Hire matches is considered a lead only and must be verified.
The alert #244 text displays as:
New Hire Information received from <Employer Name> for <ARP Name>, who is in <Program Cases>.

Name: This field displays the Employer name.
Address 1: This field displays the Employer address.
Address 2: This field displays the Employer additional address.
Process Date: This column displays the date the information was received.
Federal Tax ID: This column displays the employer's Federal Employer Identification Number.
