The New Hire Interface obtains data from the Federal Parent Locator Service (FPLS) / National Directory of New Hire (NDNH) and the State Directory of New Hire (SDNH) on people who are recently employed (new hire). If the person is on the N-FOCUS database, then an alert is generated to the caseworker for action.
