Change Household Status

OVERVIEW:

The Change Household Status pop-up window opens when the Change Household Status option is selected in the Actions drop down menu on the Household Status window.  It is used to select the household status and effective date of the status.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Household Status Group Box:

Status Selection Box:

 In Household:  Select this radio button if the person is residing in the household.

 Out of Household:  Select this radio button is the person is not residing in the household.

Effective Date:  Enter the date (MM-DD-YYYY) the status was effective.  This date can either be past, current or current plus two.

ACTION BUTTONS:

	Select the OK button to save the household status selection and return to the Household Status window. Note: A Change Household Status reminder window may open if there are other actions that need to be taken.
	Select the Cancel button to return to the Household Status window without saving a new selection.
