Household Status
WINDOW OVERVIEW:
The Household Status window is opened by selecting the Household Status
option in the Actions drop down menu or the Household Status icon 
in the Master Case Persons List box on the Detail
Master Case window.
The Household Status window is used to update the household status of a person in the Master Case or to view the person's Household Status History.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:
Master Case Persons List Box:
To change the household status for a person, highlight the person's name and select the Actions drop down menu to open the Change Household Status window.
Last: This column displays the case person's last name.
First: This column displays the case person's first name.
MI: This column displays the case person's middle initial.
Ext: This column displays the case person's name extension.
Birth Date: This field displays the case person's date of birth.
Household Status: This column displays the case person's household status.
Person Number: This column displays the case person's Agency Related Person (ARP) number.
: The
Case Person icon is enabled when a person is highlighted from the list.
It is used
to open the Person Detail window for the selected person.
Household Status History List Box:
The Household Status History box is enabled when person is highlighted in the Master Case Person list.
The history of the person’s household status is displayed. This information is in chronological order with the most current information at the top of the list.
To change the dates in the history box, highlight the date row and select the Actions drop down menu to open the Change Household Status window where the dates can be changed.
Status: This column displays the household status of "In HH" or "Out of HH".
Begin Date: This column displays the begin date of the household status.
End Date: This column displays the end date of the specific household status.
