Address Summary

From the Detail Master Case window, select Address Summary from the Goto drop down menu to open the Multi-Select Physical Address  window.

This is an Inquiry only status window that will display when there is more than one person in the Master Case.  

Application List Box:

Select a row from the Application list box to display the Program Case details for the row in the Program Cases list box.

Number: The system generated number for the application.

Form Type: The type of application form received for the selected row.

Type: The type of application received (E-App or Paper).

Applicant Name: The name on the application.

App Received: The date the application was received.

ACTION BUTTONS:

	Select this icon to view application details for an E-App. Note: This icon will not enable for a Paper application.
	Select this icon to view the Client Application via the NFOCUS -Document View Application screen. Note: You will be able to select the preferred language of English or Spanish. This option is not available for Paper applications.

Program Case List Box:

The rows displayed in this list box are based on the row selected in the Application list box. The Program Cases applied for on the selected application display in this area.

Program: The program the application requested.

Assistance: The assistance type for the program.

Case Name: The name of the person who completed the applicaiton.

St: The status of the Program.

Stat Beg Dte: The status begin date.

Program ID: The system generated number for the program.
