Case Status from Go To Menu

Selecting Case Status from the Goto drop down menu will open the Case Status window.  

The Case Status window lists all Master Cases that are downloaded to the workstation. From this window you can do the following:

• Search for a Master Case using the Search Master Case icon

• Actions Menu

  Check In OR Override Check Out for the Master Case

• Go To Menu

  Master Case Search, Master Case Detail, Correspondence, Alert

 

Select a case to process List Box:

Case ID: The system generated Master Case ID number.

Case Name: The name associated to the Master Case.

Status: The status of the Master Case.
