Change Master Case Name Confirm

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Change Master Case Name Confirm pop-up message opens when the OK button is selected on the Change Master Case Name window. It is a second chance to review the change information.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Message:

(Program Person's name)
will be the new Master Case Name
Do you wish to change the Master Case name?

ACTION BUTTONS:

	Select the Yes button to confirm the change action.
	Select the No button to return to the Change Master Case Name window without changing the name.
	Select the Cancel button to back out of the Change Master Case Name process.
