Set Program Case Mode

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

This window appears during the Master Case registration process or when re-opening a program case.  It allows for acceptance of the mode set by N-FOCUS or for the worker to change the mode if needed.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Master Case #:  This field displays the unique, system-assigned number used to identify each Master Case.

Master Case Name:  This field displays the name of the person in whose name the Master Case is registered.

Cases Available for Mode Change Group Box:

Program:  This field displays the type of program case.

Assistance: This column displays the further breakdown of the type of assistance program.

Case Name: This column displays the name of the person in whose name the program case is registered.

Mode:  This column displays the mode of the program case.

St: This column displays the status of the program case as of the current date.

Stat Beg Dte: This column displays the begin date of the displayed status for the program case.

Stat End Dte:  This column displays the end date of the displayed status for the program case.

Program ID: This column displays the system generated identification number for the program case.

Change Mode To:  This box displays the mode options to allow the program case mode to be manually changed.

 This button is enabled when a program case is highlighted and a mode is selected.

Selected Mode Changes Group Box:

Program:  This field displays the type of program case.

Assistance: This column displays the further breakdown of the type of assistance program.

Case Name: This column displays the name of the person in whose name the program case is registered.

St: This column displays the status of the program case as of the current date.

Current Mode:  This column displays the current mode of the program case.

New Mode:  This column displays the mode the program case will change to.

Program:  This column displays the system generated identification number for the program case.

 This button is enabled when a program case is highlighted in the Selected Mode Changes box.  It is used prior to saving, if the user decides not to make the mode change.
