Close Case Person Confirm

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Close Case Person Confirm pop-up message opens when the OK button is selected on the Close Case Person window. It is a second chance to review the closing information for the person to be closed from the program case.  If closing a Child Care case a reminder message
Unit size has changed. Update Child Care Program information. also opens.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Message:

After (mm-dd-yyyy)
(Program Person's name)
will be closed in the selected program
do you want to continue?

ACTION BUTTONS:

	Select the Yes button to confirm the close action.
	Select the No button to return to the Close Case Person window without closing the person.
	Select the Cancel button to back out of the Close Case Person process.
