Existing Programs

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Existing Programs window is used to add a Master Case Person to an existing Mainframe program case.  Select one or more mainframe programs from the list.

Selecting a program will display a Application Request Date pop-up window.

Note: to add persons to an existing Expert System program case check out the Master Case and process in the Expert System.  

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Master Case Person Group Box:

Name: This field displays the name of the Master Case person.

SSN: This field displays the Social Security Number of the Master Case person.

Birth Date: This field displays the birth date of the Master Case person.

Sex: This field displays the gender of the Master Case person.

Message:

To place this Master Case Person into an existing case, highlight the case from the list below.
To add this person to an Expert System case, check out the case and use the Case Maintenance actions.

Existing Cases List Box:

This list box displays all mainframe program cases to which the person may be added. Programs are listed in alphabetical order. Use the scroll bar along the right side of the list box to view the entire list of programs.

Highlight a program case in order to add this Master Case person to that Program Case.  One or more program cases may be highlighted on the list.

Program: This column displays the program name and the type of program.

Program Case Name: This column displays the last and first name of the Program Case Name person.

ACTION BUTTONS:

	Select the OK button to add the person to the selected program cases.
	Select the Cancel button to close this window and return to the previous window.
	Select the Help button to display help information for this window.
