Master Case Assignment Confirmation

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Master Case Assignment Confirmation is a pop-up window that is used to review the assignment information before the assignment is finalized.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Message:

Do you wish to assign the following Position to selected Program Cases?

Position Group Box:

Position: This field displays the position number of the new assignment.

In: This field displays the office location of the position.

Class: This field displays the office position classification.

Currently filled by: This field displays the name of the worker assigned to the position.

Case Assignment List Box:

Program: This column displays the list of program case codes that are being assigned.

Assistance: This column displays the types of assistance that are being assigned.

Case Name: This column displays the Program Case name of the case(s) being assigned.

St: This column displays the status of the program cases being assigned.

ACTION BUTTONS:

	Select the Yes button if the information is correct and the assignment should be finalized.
	Select the No button if the information is not correct and the Detail Master Case Assignment window will open to correct the information.
