Reopen Person

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Reopen Person window displays after the Reopen Date pop-up window is completed.  This function is used to reopen a person in a mainframe program case.  

(Note: Expert System program cases and single person program cases cannot use this function. An error message opens.  Expert System cases must be checked out to reopen.)

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS

Message:

(Name of the person)
can be reopened in the following program cases

Programs List Box:

This list box displays the program cases in which the person can be reopened.  Highlight one or more cases  to reopen for this person.

Program: This column displays the name of the Program

Assistance: This column displays the type of program assistance.

Status: This column displays the current status of the person in the program case

Begin Date: This column displays the date of the program status.

Reopen Date:  This column displays the date requested for the reopen action.

ACTION BUTTONS:

	The OK button is enabled when all required information has been entered. Select it to save the reopen action.  It will open the Reopen Person Confirm pop-up message.
	Select the Cancel button to close  the window and NOT save the information that has been entered.
	The Help button is always be enabled. Select it to display the help information for this window.
