Select the Save icon to save the referral. |

Select the Save and Next icon to save the referral and begin another referral. |
|
|
Select the Save and Close icon to save the referral and return to the CHARTS Referral List window. |

|
Select the Family Relationship icon to open the Family Relationship List window. It is used to establish relationships for case persons not included in an Expert System Program Case. |

|
Select the Policy icon to open the on-line Policy Manuals. |
|
|
Select the Close icon to close the window without saving any information. |
|
|
Select the main menu icon to return to the N-FOCUS Main Menu. |
Note: When a referral has previously been sent the window will display in "Inquiry" mode and the Save, Save and Next, Save and Close, icons and Send Referral drop down option will not be enabled.
