Update Notice Recipient(s)

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Update Notice Recipients window allows the worker to select which person/organization will receive the notice if more than one person is listed as a recipient. The list of available notice recipients are people or organizations that currently have an administrative role in the master case. If more than one person/organization is listed then each will receive a notice unless the recipients are updates and only one is selected.

NOTE: Adding organizational payees such as Nursing Home Rep as well as changing the notice indicator from “Y” to “N” and “N” to “Y” are actions taken in the mainframe administrative roles.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Current Notice Recipient(s) Group Box:

This field displays the name of the person(s)/organization(s) that the system determined should receive the notice.

Select Notice Recipient(s) Group Box:

This is a list of other person(s)/organization(s) that currently have an administrative role in the master case. Select the correct recipient(s) for the notice here. The selected recipient(s) will only be set as the notice recipient for the notice(s) within the current session. This action will not change the notice indicator to “Y” nor will it change the current notice recipients to “N”. This action remains in the mainframe.

ACTION BUTTONS:

OK The OK button is enabled when a person(s) has been highlighted in the Select Notice Recipient list.
Cancel This button is used to leave the window and returns the Notice Recipient(s) to the original selection made by the system.
Help The Help button displays the help information relate to the active task.
