Case Narrative List icons

The Open icon is enabled when a line is highlighted in the list. Select the icon or double click on the line to open the Detail Case Narrative window.

Select this icon to open the Sort Standardized Narrative pop-up window. Select the column to sort by and select ascending or descending.

Note: To remove the sort click the icon again and select None for the sort option.

Select the Filter icon to open the Filter Narratives by window.

Select the Unfilter icon to remove any filtering criteria from the list.

Select this icon to open the Search for Correspondence window.

Select this icon to open the List Benefit Summary.

Select this icon to open the List Master Case Alerts/Work Tasks window.

Select this icon to open the Search Overpayment/Accounts Receivable window.

Select this icon to open the Search Image icon.

Select the Policy icon to open the menu for the on-line policy manuals.

Select this icon to open the N-FOCUS Help System Contents page.

Select the Close icon to close the window and return to the Search Case Narrative window.

Select the Main Menu icon to close the window and return to the N-FOCUS Main Menu.
