Citizenship/Immigration - History

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Citizenship/Immigration - History tab displays citizenship or immigration information for persons who are currently in closed or denied status and those who have previous citizenship or immigration status information.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

LAST NAME: This column displays the last name of person.

FIRST NAME: This column displays the first name of person.

DOB/EDD: This column displays the person’s date of birth or expected date of delivery for an unborn.

AGE: This column displays the person’s current age.

NUMBER:  This column displays the person's Agency Related Person number.

Citizenship/Immigration Status: This column displays the citizenship or immigration status.

Begin Date: This column displays the date that the citizenship or immigration status began for the person.

End Date:  This column displays the date that the previous citizenship or immigration status ended for the person.

US Entry Date: This column displays the date that the individual entered the United States.

Alien Reg Num:  This column displays the person's Alien Registration number.

ACTION BUTTONS:

	The Update button is enabled when the immigration status line of the person who has information to change has been highlighted.
	The Help button will always be enabled. Help will display the help information relating to the data collection task that is active.
