Work Requirements - Add
WINDOW OVERVIEW:
The Add Work Registration window is used to add Work Registration or E&T information for mandatory and exempt participants.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:
LAST NAME: This field displays the last name of the person(s) to be processed in this task.
FIRST NAME: This field displays the first name of the person(s) to be processed in this task.
DOB/EDD: This field displays the person’s date of birth or expected date of delivery for an unborn.
AGE: This field displays the person’s current age.
NUMBER: This column displays the person's Agency Related Person number.
Category: This column displays the categories within the work requirements (Student Status, Work Requirements and ABAWD).
Status: This column displays the current status for the person within each category.
Begin Date: This column displays the begin date of the categories and status.
Reason: This column displays the current work requirement reason code for each category.

The Add button is enabled when an individual, who needs work requirements information added, is highlighted. Note: This button will only be enabled for individuals who have not had a Work Requirement Status previously entered. |

The Update button is enabled when the status line for the person, who has current work registration documented, is highlighted. |

The View Selected button is enabled when a Work Requirements row is selected. The associated pop up will display. |

The Help button displays the help information for the active window. |
