Work Requirements - History
WINDOW OVERVIEW:
The History window lists the closed Work Registration information for persons in the case and work registration information for persons who are closed from the Food Stamp case.
To update or correct information, highlight the status line for the person and select the Update button.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:
LAST NAME: This field displays the last name of the person(s) to be processed in this task.
FIRST NAME: This field displays the first name of the person(s) to be processed in this task.
DOB/EDD: This field displays the person’s date of birth or expected date of delivery for an unborn.
AGE: This field displays the person’s current age.
NUMBER: This column displays the person's Agency Related Person number.
Category: This column displays the categories within the work requirements (Student Status, Work Requirements and ABAWD).
Status: This column displays the current status for the person within each category.
Begin Date: This column displays the begin date of the categories and status.
Reason: This column displays the current work requirement reason code for each category.

The Add button is enabled when an individual, who needs work requirements information added, is highlighted. Note: This button will only be enabled for individuals who have not had a Work Requirement Status previously entered. |

The View Selected button is enabled when a Work Requirements row is selected. The associated pop up will display. |

The Help button displays the help information for the active window. |
