The Current window in the Sanctions task lists Master Case persons who have current sanction information and are active, pending. spenddown, or premium due in the current month or a future month in an Expert System program case.
This window will be blank if there are no sanctions in the case.

LAST NAME: This column displays the last name of master case person(s) who has sanction information in the task.
FIRST NAME: This column displays the first name of master case person(s) who has sanction information in the task.
DOB/EDD: This column displays the person’s date of birth or expected date of delivery for an unborn.
AGE: This field column the person’s current age.
NUMBER: This column displays the person's unique Person Number.
Sanction Type: This column displays the code for the type of sanction imposed.
Detail: This column displays the sanction type reason for Food Stamp Work Requirement sanctions .
Begin Date: This column displays the date the sanction begins.

The Add button is always enabled when the person line ( line with person's name in capital letters) is highlighted. Select the Add button to open the Add Budget Sanctions window. |

The Close button is enabled when the sanction line (the line under the person line) is highlighted. Select the Close button to open the Close Sanctions pop-up window. |

The Delete button is enabled when the sanction line (the line under the person line) is highlighted. Select the Delete button to open the Delete Sanction Message window. |
