Position History

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Position History window displays a list of all persons who have held the position on the Detail Office Position window.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Position Group Box:

Position: This field displays the position number followed by the name of the office where the position is located.

Class: This field displays the classification for this position.

Currently Filled By: This field displays the name of the person currently filling the position.

Position History List Box:

Last: This column displays the last name of the person filling the position.

First: This column displays the first name of the person filling the position.

MI: This column displays the person's middle initial.

Ext: This column displays the person's name extension (Jr., Sr., etc).

Logon: This column displays the logon ID of the person.

Begin Date: This column displays the date the person began filling the position.

End Date: This column displays the last day the person filled the position.

Phone Number: This column displays the phone number for the staff person.

Status:  This column displays the status of the position.

Classification:  This column displays the classification of the position.

Case Assignment Language:  This column displays any language skills needed for the position.

ACTION ICONS:

The Staff Person icon is enabled if a position is highlighted in the list. Selecting the icon opens the Detail Staff Person window.

ACTION BUTTONS:

Select the OK button to return to the previous window.
Select the Help button to open window specific help.
