List Organization Alert (Position)
WINDOW OVERVIEW:
The List Organization Alert (Position) window displays a list of all the alerts for a position that meet the criteria selected on the Search Position Alert window when the Organization category has been selected in the Alert Group Box.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:
Position Group Box:
Office: This field displays the name of the DHHS office where the position is located.
Number: This field displays the followed by the name of the staff person currently filling the position.
Organization Alert List Box:
Due Date: This field displays the date by which action on the alert should be taken.
Display Dt: This field displays the date the alert was posted to the position.
Type: This field displays the type of alert.
Description: This field displays the short description of the alert.
Org No: This field displays ID number assigned to the organization.
Organization Name: This field displays the name of the organization.
Tax Id: This field displays the tax identification number for the organization.
Alert #: This field displays the number assigned to this alert type.
