Search Position Alert

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Search Position Alert window begins the search for alerts associated with a selected office position. The search can be defined by information selected in any of the group boxes listed on the window.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Position Group Box:

Position: This field displays the number assigned to the selected office position. The office location also displays.

Currently Filled by: This field displays the name of the staff person currently filling the position.

Display Group Box:

This group box is optional. One or both of the boxes may be selected to define the list.

Include Cleared Alerts: Select this box to include in the list those alerts that have been cleared.

Limit to Alerts Displayed within 45 Days Prior to 'As of Date': Select this box to limit the list to those alerts that have been displayed in the 45 days prior to the date in the 'As of Date' field.


As of Date: Enter the date that the search should end. The date defaults to the current date but can be changed to an earlier date.

Type Group Box:

This group box is used to define the search by the type of alert. Select the appropriate radio button.

All: Select this radio button to open all of the alerts within the dates set in the "As of Date" field.

Revw/Recrt: Select this radio button to open all review and re-certification alerts within the dates set in the "As of Date" field.

Hearings: Select this radio button to open all the hearing alerts within the dates set in the "As of Date" field.

Type: Select this radio button to open any of the other alerts types selected from the drop down list. Only one type may be selected at a time and the list will display alerts within the dates set in the "As of Date" field.

Alert Group Box:

This group box is used to define the search by the category of alerts. Select the appropriate radio button.

Master Case: Select this radio button to open the List Position Alert window with alerts associated with the Master Cases assigned to the position.

Service Approval: Select this radio button to open the List Service Approval Alert (Position) window with alerts associated with the Service approvals assigned to the position.

Organizations: Select this radio button to open the List Organization Alert (Position) window with alerts associated with the Organizations assigned to the position.

Status Group Box:

This group box is used to define the search by the status of the alert.

All: Select this radio button to list both current and overdue alerts.

Overdue: Select this radio button to list just those alerts that are overdue.

ACTION BUTTONS:

Select the Search button to begin the search. The List Position Alert, List Service Approval Alert (Position), or List Organization Alert (Position) window opens with the requested alert list.
Select the Clear button to clear the window of any search criteria that has been entered. The window remains open for entry of new criteria.
Select the Cancel button to cancel the window and return to the previous window.
Select the Help button to open window specific help.
