The Search Multiple Position Alert window allows a search for alerts associated with office positions selected on the Position Supervision Details window. The search can be defined by information selected in any of the group boxes listed on the window.

Position List Box:
This box displays the positions selected on the Position Supervision Details window. One or more positions may be highlighted from the list.
Position: This column displays the number assigned to the selected office position.
Class: This column displays the classification of the position.
Last: This column displays the last name of the staff person currently filling the position.
First: This column displays the first name of the staff person currently filling the position.
MI: This column displays the middle initial of the staff person currently filling the position.
Ext: This column displays the name extension of the staff person currently filling the position.
Logon: This column displays the log-on identification of the staff person currently filling the position.
Office: This column displays the office location of the staff person currently filling the position.
Display Group Box:
This group box is optional. One or both of the boxes may be selected to define the list.
Include Cleared Alerts: Select this box to include alerts that have been cleared.
Limit to Alerts Displayed within 45 Days Prior to 'As of Date': Select this box to limit the list to those alerts that have been displayed in the 45 days prior to the date in the 'As of Date' column.
As of Date: Enter the date that the search should end. The date defaults to the current date but can be changed to an earlier or future date.
Type Group Box:
This group box is used to define the search by the type of alert. Select the appropriate radio button.
All: Select this radio button to open all of the alerts within the dates set in the "As of Date" column.
Revw/Recrt: Select this radio button to open review and re-certification alerts within the dates set in the "As of Date" column.
Hearings: Select this radio button to open the hearing alerts within the dates set in the "As of Date" column.
Type: Select this radio button to open any of the other alerts types selected from the drop down list. Only one type may be selected at a time and the list will display alerts within the dates set in the "As of Date" column.
Alert Group Box:
This group box is used to define the search by the category of alerts. Select the appropriate radio button.
Master Case: Select this radio button to open the List Position Alert window with all alerts associated with the Master Cases assigned to the positions.
Service Approval: Select this radio button to open the Supervisor List Position Service Approval Alert window with all the alerts associated with the Service Approvals assigned to the selected positions.
Organizations: Select this radio button to open the Supervisor List Position Organization Alert window with all the alerts associated with the Service Approvals assigned to the selected positions.
Status Group Box:
This group box is used to define the search by the status of the alert.
All: Select this radio button to list both current and overdue alerts.
Overdue: Select this radio button to list just those alerts that are overdue.

Select the Search button to begin the search. The Supervisor List of Position Alerts, Supervisor List Position Service Approval Alert, or Supervisor List Position Organization Alert window will open with the requested alert list. |

Select the Clear button to clear the window of any search criteria that has been entered. The window remainsopen for entry of new criteria. |

Select the Cancel button to cancel the window and return to the previous window. |

Select the Help button to open help for this window. |
