Supervisor List of Position Alerts

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Supervisor List of Position Alerts window displays a list of the alerts for the positions and other criteria selected on the Search Multiple Position Alert window.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Alert List Box:

The details of an alert can be viewed by highlighting an alert row and selecting the open open icon or double clicking on the alert row.

Worker: This column displays the last name and first initial of the staff person currently filling the position.

Due Date: This column displays the date by which action on the alert should be taken.

Display Dt: This column displays the date the alert was posted to the position.

MC: This column displays the Master Case number.

Name: This column displays the name of the Case Person associated with the alert.

Long Description:This column displays the first words of the detailed description for the alert.

Short Description: This column displays a brief description of the alert.

Cleared Date: This column displays the date an alert was cleared.

Updated by: This column displays the UserID of the person or system that last updated the alert.

Update Timestamp: This column displays the date and time the last update was made to the alert.

ACTION BUTTONS:

more minus The More- button will be enabled when there is more than one page of information. Selecting this button will display the previous page of information.
more plus The More+ button will be enabled when there is more than one page of information. Selecting this button will display the next page of information.
