Organization Related Persons

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Organization Related Persons window displays and maintains Related Person information for an Organization. This window is accessed from the Detail Organization window in one of two ways:

• When adding a new related person, use the select arrow icon on the right of the Related Person List Box on the Detail Organization window to open the Add Person window. After the Confirm Person Selection pop-up message is confirmed, the Organization Related Person window opens.
• When a related person has already been entered, highlight the person and select Related Persons from the Actions drop down menu on the Detail Organization window to update the related person information.

Note: When a Probation Youth is added to an Organization as a related person, the available slots for that organization will be reduced by one. The Probation Youth must appear on the placement list and be included on the Crystal Report for Placement History.

If the Probation Youth’s involvement with the Organization is end dated or their Family Role changes to anything other than Probation Youth, the slot will then become available for further placement.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Related Person Group Box:

Related Person: This field displays the name of the Related Person.

Number: This field displays the Agency Related Person (ARP) number assigned to this person by N-FOCUS.

Relationship Group Box:

Type:  Select the person's
Is Organization

Staff

Family Membertype of relationship to the organization from those in the drop down list.

Family Role: This field is enabled when the type of relationship is Family.  Select the person's relationship to the household from those in the drop down menu.

Begin Date: Enter the date (MM-DD-YYYY) the Organization Related Person begins his/her affiliation with the Organization.

End Date: Enter the date (MM-DD-YYYY) a person's affiliation with the Organization ends.

ACTION BUTTONS:

	Select the OK button to add the person or update the person's information and return to the Detail Organization window.
	Select the Training button to document and view the Training for the Organization Related Person(s) window.
	Select the Probation Youth button to view the Probation Youth Involvement within the Organization.
	Select the Cancel button to return to the Detail Organization window without saving the addition or changes.
	Select the Help button to view help information for this window.
