Released to Address

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

This window is used to view the address where the payment was released. Entry in this field is restricted to Central Office personnel only.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Released to Address Group Box:

Line 1: This is the first line of the payment address.

Line 2: This is the second line of the payment address. This line is optional.

City: This displays the name of the city

State: This displays the two-letter abbreviation for the state

Zip Code: This displays the zip code for the address. The second zip code field is used to maintain zip+4 information and is optional.

Comments: Any comments about the address will be displayed in this field.

ACTION BUTTONS:

	Select the OK button to return to the Detail Payment window with the address information you entered.
	Select the Cancel button to cancel the window and return to the previous window.
	Select the Help button to open windows help.
