Confirm Person Changes

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Confirm Person Changes window opens when a change has been made to information on the Person Detail window. It is used to review, compare, and confirm that the changed information is correct.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

New List Box:

This list box displays the person information just entered.

SSN:  This column displays the person’s Social Security Number.

Last:  This column displays the last name of the person.

First:  This column displays the first name of the person.

MI:  This column displays the middle initial of the person.

Ext.:  This column displays the person’s name extension. (Jr., Sr., etc.)

Birthdate:  This column displays the birth date of the person.

Sex:  This column displays the sex of the person.

Previous List Box:

This list box displays the person information that is currently in the system.

SSN:  This column displays the person’s Social Security Number.

Last:  This column displays the last name of the person.

First:  This column displays the first name of the person.

MI:  This column displays the middle initial of the person.

Ext.:  This column displays the person’s name extension.

Birth date:  This column displays the person's date of birth.

Sex:  This column displays the sex code of the person.

ACTION BUTTONS:

	Select the Yes button if the changes being made are correct.
	Select the No button if the changes are not correct.
