Person List Icons

The Open icon is enabled when a person line is highlighted. Select the icon to open the Person Detail window for the highlighted person.

The Return arrow is enabled when the window has been accessed from another search and a person line is highlighted. Select the return arrow to move the person information back to the original search.

Select the Sort A to Z icon to open the Sort Person List by window. This icon is used to organize the list in ascending order.

Select the Sort Z to A icon to open the Sort Person List by window. This icon is used to organize the list in descending order.

Select the Filter icon to open the Filter Person List by window. This icon is used to narrow the list to items that meet the selected criteria.

Select the Unfilter icon to remove any filter criteria.

Select the Policy icon to open the on-line policy manuals.

Select the Exit icon to close the window and return to the previous window.

Select the Main Menu icon to close the window and return to the N-FOCUS Main Menu.
