Search Person by LIHEAP Account Number

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

This window is primarily to be used during the LIHEAP Refund process. This window is used to search for person(s) using the LIHEAP account number.

Note: If the Master Case or any person who is IN the Household within the Master Case needs to be protected because of Domestic Violence, the information will be marked as RESTRICTED. This designation will display on the Detail Master Case window, and the Person Detail window. During the Search process, for each person within a Restricted Master Case, the restriction will also display on the Search by Address, Search by Phone and Search by Account windows. Search information will not display for Restricted Persons or Master Cases.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

LIHEAP Account Number Search:  Enter the LIHEAP Account Number into this field to begin your search.

Note: The Search and Clear buttons will enable. Click the Search button to view persons associated to the entered LIHEAP Account Number.

	Select this button to search for the entered LIHEAP Account Number.
	Select this button to clear the LIHEAP Account Number Search field.

 

Last:  The last name of the person associated to the LIHEAP Account Number search criteria.

First: The first name of the person associated to the LIHEAP Account Number search criteria.

MI: The middle initial of the person associated to the LIHEAP Account Number search criteria.

Ext: The name extension (Jr., Sr., III, etc) of the person associated to the LIHEAP Account Number search criteria.

MC#: The Master Case Number associated to the LIHEAP Account Number search criteria.

PC# : The Program Case Number associated to the LIHEAP Account Number search criteria.

Account: The LIHEAP Account Number.

 

ACTION BUTTONS:

	Select this icon to view the Person Detail of the selected person.
	Select this icon to view the Master Case associated to the selected person.
	Select this icon to view the Program Case associated to the selected person.
	This icon will only become active when navigating to this window from the Refund flow.

 

Physical Address: The Physical Address, documented on N-FOCUS, of the person selected from the list box will display in this section.

Mailing Address: The Mailing Address, documented on N-FOCUS, of the person selected from the list box will display in this section.
