Unable to Add EF Case
WINDOW OVERVIEW:
The Unable to Add EF Case window is a message window the opens when an EF case is added in the Mainframe when it should be added in the Expert System.
FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:
Message:
Unable to add EF case, as selected person's
ADC role is either:
Active Participant (use expert for add)
or
an Active FR
(if work eligible, use expert for add)
or
Closed or has no role (add/reopen ADC case/person).
ACTION BUTTONS:

Select the OK button to close the message window. |
