Search Position Assignments
WINDOW OVERVIEW:
The Search Position Assignment window is used to select the search criteria to be used for display on the List Position Assignments windows.
How Do I:
Search for Program Case Assignments
Search for Organization Assignments
Search for Service Approval Assignments
FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:
Position: This field displays the position number.
in: This field displays the Office where the position is located.
Class: This field displays the classification of the position.
Currently Filled by: This field displays the name of the staff person who is currently filling the position. If the position is vacant, this will display “Vacant”.
Search For Group Box:
Select the appropriate radio button to begin the search.
If the worker is working in more than one position the List Office Position opens and a selection must be made to determine which position assignments to display.
Program Case Assignments: Select this radio button to open program case assignments for the position. The Program Case Assignments List Displaypop-up window opens to further define the search criteria.
Service Approval Assignments: Select this radio button to open service approval assignments for the position. The Service Approval Assignments List Display pop-up window will open to further define the search criteria.
Organization Assignments: Select this radio button to open organization assignments for the position. The Organization Assignments List Displaypop-up window will open to further define the search criteria.
Intake Assignments: Select this radio button to open CFS Intake assignments for the position. The Intake Assignments List Display pop-up window will open to further define the search criteria.
ACTION BUTTONS:

Select the Search button to begin the search using the criteria selected in the "Search For" group box. One of the Assignments List Display popup windows will open to further narrow the search criteria. |
