SNAP Issuance History List

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The SNAP Issuance History List window is used to view all of the issuance on the selected SNAP case. The window opens in Inquiry mode.

Master Case: This field displays the Master Case number.

EBT Account: This field displays the number of the EBT account.

Program Case Group Box:

Name: This field displays the Program Case Name.

SSN: This field displays the Social Security Number of the Program Case Name person.

Address: This field displays the current address for the SNAP case.

Issuance List Box:

Entitle Date: This column displays the month and year of the issuance.

Issuance Type: This column displays the "Major/Regular", "Supplement", or "Retroactive" type of issuance.

Status: This column displays the "Authorized" or "Non-Participating" Status of the issuance.

Auth Amt: This column displays the authorized amount of the issuance.

Recoup Amt: This column displays any amount of recoupment on the issuance.

Offset Amt: This column displays any offset amount on the issuance.

Issue Mode: This column displays the issuance mode.
