ABAWD Time-Limited Tracking

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The ABAWD Time-Limited Tracking form (FSP-42) is a tracking tool for use with non-exempt ABAWD Food Stamp recipients. To enable the ABAWD Tracking icon the person must be highlighted in the Program Case Person Box on the Detail Program Case window.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Master Case Person Group Box:

Master Case: This field displays the identification number of the Master case

SSN: This field displays the Social Security number of the person selected on the Detail Program Case window as a non-exempt ABAWD.

Non-Exempt Individual: This field displays the first and last name of the non-exempt ABAWD.

36 month period Start Date: Enter the begin date (month and year) of the 36 month cycle.

End Date: This field will automatically be computed from the date entered in the 36 month period start date.

First 3-month Period Group box:

Month 1: Enter the first month and year that the non-exempt individual participates while not meeting the work requirement. This mandatory field must be completed before saving.

Month 2: Enter the second month and year that the non-exempt individual participates while not meeting the work requirement. This date cannot be earlier than the date of Month 1.

Month 3: Enter the third month and year that the non-exempt individual participates while not meeting the work requirement. This date cannot be earlier than the dates of Month 1and 2.

Second 3-month period group box:

Regained Eligibility: Enter the month and year that the non-exempt individual met the requirement to regain eligibility after using the first three months of eligibility during the 36-month cycle

Month 4: Enter the month and year the individual does not meet the work requirement. Months 4,5,and 6 must be consecutive months.

Month 5: Enter the next month and year the individual does not meet the work requirement. Months 4,5,and 6 must be consecutive months.

Month 6: Enter the last month and year the individual does not meet the work requirement. Months 4,5,and 6 must be consecutive months.
