Incident Location

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Incident Location window is used for APS cases to indicate where the abuse occurred. The window opens when the Incident Location button is selected on the Detail Allegation window.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Location Where Incident Occurred: Select the appropriate response from those in the drop down list.

ACTION BUTTONS:

	Select the OK button to save the response and return to the Detail Allegation window.
	Select the Cancel button to return to the Detail Allegation window without saving.
