List Allegation

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The List Allegation window opens when the Allegation icon is selected on the Detail Intake, Detail Program Case, Person Detail, or Detail Assessment window. It is used to view the list of allegations associated with the intake, program case, or case person.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS

Allegation List Box:

Alleged Perpetrator: This column displays the first name, middle initial, and last name of the alleged perpetrator.

Area: This column displays an A if the allegation is APS related and a C if the allegations is Child Abuse or Neglect related.

Type: This column displays the type of allegation.

Alleged Victim: This column displays the first name, middle initial, and last name of the alleged victim.

Intake Number: This column displays the intake number for the allegation.

Finding: This column displays the allegation finding.

Finding Date: This column displays the date of the finding.

Case Status Determination: This column displays the status of the case.

Incident Date: This column displays the date of the alleged incident.

ACTION BUTTONS:

	The More Minus button is enabled when the More Plus button has been used. Select it to view previously viewed pages.
	The More Plus button is enabled when there are more pages to be viewed. Select it to view the additional pages.
