Selection List

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Selection List window opens when the arrow is selected in the Alleged Victim or Alleged Perpetrator fields on the Multiple Allegations window. The list displays the persons named in the Intake that can be selected as the victim or perpetrator.

For Child Abuse/Neglect, when the Alleged Victim is selected the list will contain only the children listed in the intake. Select all victims that are associated with the allegations that are highlighted in the Allegation List Box on the Multiple Allegations window.

When the Alleged Perpetrator is selected all remaining persons listed in the intake will be listed. Select all perpetrators that are associated with the allegations that are highlighted in the Allegation List Box on the Multiple Allegations window.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Role: The window displays Victim(s) if opened from the Alleged Victim option and displays Perpetrator(s) if opened from the Alleged Perpetrator option.

Name List Box:

Last Name: This column displays the last name of the Intake person.

First Name: This column displays the first name of the Intake person.

Middle Name: This column displays the middle name of the Intake person.

Ext: This column displays the name extension of the Intake person.

ACTION BUTTONS:

	The OK button enables when a person's name is highlighted in the list. Select the OK button to save the highlighted person to the corresponding Victim or Perpetrator role.
	Select the Select All button to highlight all the names on the list .
	Select the Cancel button to close the window without making a selection.
