The Multiple Allegations window opens when the Add Allegation option is selected on the Detail Intake window. It is used to add multiple Victims and/or Perpetrators to a single or multiple allegations. To use the multiple selection process all of the following information must be the same for the selected Victims and/or Perpetrators:
Intake Group Box:
Number: This field displays the number assigned to the Intake.
Type: This field displays the type of Intake.
Name: This field displays the name on the Intake.
Received Date: This field displays the date the Intake was received.
Allegation Information Group Box:
Incident Date: Enter the date (MM-DD-YYYY) the incident occurred.
Incident County: Select the county where the incident occurred from those listed in the drop down list.
Allegation List Box:
These fields are
display only. The information is entered using the arrows located beneath the box or from the Actions drop down menu. Multiple selections
can be made from the drop down list.
Allegation Type: This column displays the type of allegation.
Alleged Victim: This column displays the name of the alleged victim(s).
Alleged Perpetrator: This column displays the name of the alleged perpetrator(s).
Relationship Type: This column displays the type of relationship between the perpetrator(s) and the victim(s).
FP: This column displays the Foster Parent indicator (Yes or No).
CT: This column displays the Caretaker indicator (Yes or No).

The Remove button is enabled when one or more lines are highlighted in the Allegation List Box. Select this button to delete the allegation if a mistake was made prior to saving the window. |

Allegation Type: Select
the arrow to open the Allegation
Type Selection List window where the type of allegations are selected
and entered in the Allegation List Box.
Alleged Victim :
The Person Detail icon is enabled when an allegation line with a victim
is highlighted in the Allegation List Box. Select this icon to open the
Person Detail window for the selected victim. This
icon is disabled if more than one person is highlighted.
Alleged Victim : The
arrow is enabled when an allegation line(s) is highlighted in the Allegation
List Box. Select the arrow to open the Selection
List window for the Victim(s) where the persons named in the intake
are listed.
Alleged Perpetrator :
The Person Detail icon is enabled when an allegation line with a perpetrator
is highlighted in the Allegation List Box. Select this icon to open the
Person Detail window for the selected perpetrator.
This icon is disabled if more than one person is highlighted.
Alleged Perpetrator: The
arrow is enabled when an allegation line(s) is highlighted in the Allegation
List Box. Select the arrow to open the Selection
List window for the Perpetrator(s) where the persons named in the
intake are listed.
Perpetrator(s) Group Box:
Relationship to Alleged Victim: This field is enabled when an allegation line(s) is highlighted in the Allegation List Box. When the persons listed have been previously entered on the N-FOCUS Expert System this field will be updated with the relationship information that is on the system. This information can be updated. Select the relationship of the perpetrator(s) to the victim(s). The information will update in the Allegation List Box. If a relationship is incorrect, highlight the incorrect line and select the Reset Values option to revert back to the system identified information.
Also Alleged Victim's Foster Parent?: This field is completed based on the relationship of perpetrator to victim but can be changed. Select the Yes or No answer to the question.
Caretaker of Alleged Victim?: This field is completed based on the relationship of perpetrator to victim but can be changed. Select the Yes or No answer to the question.
