Intake Assignments List Display

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Intake Assignments List Display pop-up window opens when the Intake Assignments radio button is selected on the Search Position Assignments window.  It is used to select how the Intake Assignments are viewed.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

View By Group Box:

Assignment Begin Date: Select this radio button to arrange the list by the assignment begin date.

Intake Number: Select this radio button to arrange the list numerically by the number assigned to the Intake.

Intake Status: Select this radio button to arrange the list by the status selected from the drop down list.

Intake Type: Select this radio button to arrange the list by the type of Intake selected from the drop down list.

Finding Complete?: Select this radio button to arrange the list by the Finding complete status of the Intake selected from the drop down list.

ACTION BUTTONS:

	Select the OK button to complete the search and open the List Position Assignments - Intake window with selected search criteria.
	Select the Cancel button to return to the Search Position Assignments window.
