The List Position Assignment – Intake window displays a list of the Intakes that have been assigned to the position and meet the search criteria selected on the Search Position Assignments and Intake Assignments List Display windows.

Office Position Assignment Overview
Position Group Box:
Position: This field displays the position number and the Office where the position is located.
Class: This field displays the classification for the position.
Currently Filled By: This field displays the name of the person filling the position. If the position is vacant the word “Vacant” will be displayed.
Assignment List Box:
Begin Date: This field displays the date the assignment began for this intake.
Number: This field displays the system assigned number for the Intake.
Type: This field displays the type of Intake.
Worker Role: This field displays the worker role (primary, additional, etc).
Name: This field displays the name on the Intake.
St: This field displays the current status of the Intake.
Status Date: This field displays the effective date of the current status.
Status Reason: This field displays the current status reason.
Finding Complete?: This field displays whether all associated Findings are complete.
Received Date: This field displays the date the Intake was received.
