Reopen Intake Confirmation

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Reopen Intake Confirmation popup window opens when OK is selected on the Reopen Intake window. It is used to review the selected actions.

Steps to Reopen Intake

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Message: Intake Status will be changed to OPEN and the Status Reason, Priority, and Tools Consulted cleared. Checked actions will also occur.

Actions List Box:

This list displays a check mark to the left of those actions that will be taken.

ACTION BUTTONS:

	Select the Yes button to confirm and save the reopen action(s).
	Select the No button to close the Reopen Intake Confirmation window and return to the Reopen Intake popup window.
