Select Abuse Neglect  Factors

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Select Abuse Neglect (A/N) Factors window opens when the A/N Factors is selected on the Detail Intake window. It is used to record the abuse or neglect factors related to the Intake. The Intake cannot be closed until this is completed. If none of the factors apply, select the Not Applicable option. The A/N Factors can be updated during Initial Assessment.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Message: Please select all applicable A/N Factors.

Highlight all the factors that apply.

ACTION BUTTONS:

	Select the OK button to save the selected factor.
	Select the Cancel button to close the window without making a selection.
