The Detail Question window is used to answer the questions in the subject areas selected on the List Question window.
How Do I:
Name: This field displays the child's first name, middle initial, and last name.
Mode: This field displays the current window mode.
Subject: This field displays the subject area for the questions.
Question Box:
This box displays the full text of the question as it relates to the subject area.
Answer List:
Select the most appropriate answer to the question from those available in the drop down box.
Response Date: This field displays the date the question was most currently answered once the answer has been saved.
Answer Box:
This box displays the full text of the response to the question based on the answer selected in the answer list.

Select the Previous button to view the question that preceded the current one. |

Select the History button to view the history of the selected question. |
