The List Question window opens when the subject area us highlighted
on the Search Question window and the OK button selected or in some cases
when the Question icon 
is selected on the Detail window.
The List Question window is used to view the list of questions and answers
for the selected subject
area. To complete the answers on the Detail
Question window, double click on a question or highlight the question
line and select the open icon.
Question List Box:
Question: This column displays a list of the shortened questions.
Answer: This column displays the answer to the question. If the column is blank the question has not had a response recorded.
Subject: This column displays the subject area(s) for the Question.
Response: This column displays the date the question was answered.
Question Long Description Box:
This box displays the complete text of a question that has been highlighted in the list above.
A scroll bar opens on the right side of the window and can be used to view the list if it is longer than the viewable page.
