Safety Factor Filter

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Safety Factor Filter window is used to filter the Safety Factor Descriptions list on the Safety Factors window.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Filter By Group Box:

Up to 3 filter criteria may be applied to manage the list of Safety Factor Descriptions.

Factor Number:  Select this radio button and select a factor number from the drop down list.

Answer:  Select this radio button and select a Yes or No answer from the drop down list.

Child Name:  Select this radio button and enter the name of the child.

ACTION BUTTONS:

	Select the OK button to apply the sort criteria to the list.
	Select the Clear button to remove the sort criteria and remain on this window.
	Select the Cancel button to close the window without sorting the list.
