Safety Factors

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Safety Factors window opens when the Safety Factors button is selected on the Detail Safety Assessment window.  It is used to document the safety factors present in the home.

Safety Assessment Overview

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

CFS Case Name:  This field displays the CFS Program Case Name.

Mode:  The current window mode displays under the close icon.

Child Name List Box:

This box lists all the children in the CFS Program Case

Child Name:  This column displays the child's first and last name.

Age:  This column displays the child's age.

Birth Date:  This column displays the child's date of birth.

ACTION BUTTONS:

 Select the Threshold Criteria button to open the Safety Factor Narrative window.  Safety Factor Narratives are required for all Safety Factor Descriptions answered with Yes.
 Select the Select All button to highlight all of the children in the list.
 Select the De-select All button to remove highlighting from all children in the list.

Answers Box:

As the Safety Factor Descriptions are answered they move from the Description List Box to the Safety Factor List Box.

 The Yes button enables when one or more Safety Factor Descriptions are highlighted in the Description list box.  Select the Yes button if the description applies to the incident.
 The No button enables when one or more Safety Factor Descriptions are highlighted in the Description list box.  Select the No button if the description does not apply to the incident.

Description List Box:

To view the complete description, double click on the line and the Safety Factor Detail window or Factors Detail window open or scroll to the right.

Nbr.:  This column displays the number assigned to the Safety Factor Descriptions.

Description:  This column displays the Safety Factor Descriptions text.

 Select the Select All button to highlight all of the descriptions in the list.
 Select the De-select All button to remove highlighting from all the descriptions in the list.

Safety Factors List Box:

This box displays the answer, child, and text for each description.  Sort and Filter buttons can be used to manage the list.

Nbr.:  This column displays the number assigned to the Safety Factor Descriptions.

Y/N:  This column displays the Yes or No answer to the Safety Factor Descriptions.

Child Name:  This column displays the name of the program case person.

Description:  This column displays the Safety Factor Descriptions text.

ACTION BUTTONS:

 Select the Maximize icon to open the Safety Factors Maximized View window.
